Who we are

Frontline was established in 1991 and works with public, private and third sector clients across the UK and Ireland from offices just outside Glasgow and London. Our talented team and network of trusted associates come from backgrounds in economic development, business, health, academia, and community organisations, where many have worked at senior and board levels. Frontline is an Institute of Consultancy Recognised Practice.

Our Directors

Eleanor McKay

Eleanor is Frontline’s Managing Director, and has worked with the company for almost 20 years. Eleanor comes from a finance background and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She has previously worked across the public, private and third sectors. Eleanor’s expertise is in driving the company forward while maintaining Frontline’s legacy; creating vision and strategy and developing opportunities for success.

Suzanne Hamilton

Suzanne is a Director of Frontline,  and has worked with the company for over 25 years. She has extensive experience in evaluations of research, development and innovation support mechanisms and leads the Frontline evaluation team in these areas. Her approach focuses on the logic model, combining quantitative and qualitative tools to measure past performance and improve future delivery. Suzanne’s experience spans a range of industry sectors and she has led significant reviews and evaluations for clients across the UK and Ireland.

Bill Mitchell

Bill is a Director of Frontline, having previously worked in close association with the company over a number of years. Bill leads our organisation design practice working with clients across all sectors to ensure they are effectively structured to achieve sustainable success. Bill has worked for William M Mercer where he was based in Paris as Head of HR Operations for Europe, and Blackrock where he was global Director of HR based in New York.
